Can someone please explain how my copyright protected work keeps returning on pages published by the Archive?
I sent in the proper DMCA take down notice and was under the impression that it would be enough to have my stuff removed?
I checked the links that I asked to be removed completely, and they show either "excluded" or "blocked".
Can a mod' please explain to me why the Archive has kept my stuff on their servers? Is this even legal????
Thanks a bunch,
Jory

Anyone can add work here; and it may be the same person doing this over and over. I suggest that next time you look through the xml files and find the email address for your illegal uploader, and send him a strong warning. This site's only obligation is to delete flagged material. They might also warn/ban your illegal uploader, if you ask.
